Eco-Vac Overview
The Eco-Vac system is a patented waterless vacuum based cleaning device that removes fat, oils, grease (FOG), food and other materials from dishes, utensils and cookware prior to being placed into the dishwasher. Eco-Vac effectively, conveniently, safely and economically prevents problematic residential and commercial waste from entering wastewater streams; without the use of water!
